24 hours open does not mean 24 hours worth trading. Liquidity clusters in the session overlaps, and so does temptation. The London and New York overlap is the busiest window of the day, which makes it both the best hours to trade and the easiest place to overtrade. Pick your session, trade it, then close the screen.
